Support Groups
Healing in Connection, with Community
Life transitions can bring new challenges, questions, and emotions. Our support groups offer a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and feel less alone.
Each group is facilitated by one of our psychologists, who helps create a supportive, listening-focused environment and offers guidance, perspective, and practical resources along the way.
Our groups are free and open to the community. If you’re interested in any of our groups, have questions, or would simply like to learn more, we’d love to hear from you.
Postpartum Support Group:
Snuggles & Struggles
For mothers with babies (newborn - 1 year)
Snuggles & Struggles is a postpartum support group for moms with babies from newborn to one year. We know that raising a baby is beautiful and challenging and no one should have to figure it out alone.
Bring your little one with you! Children are welcome to play with our toys and explore our space while you connect with other parents, receive lactation and mental health support, and learn from our psychologists.
This is your time, too. Use the group as an opportunity to focus on what you need — whether that means asking questions, sharing what’s been on your mind, connecting with other new parents, or simply having a space to be heard.
Free and open to all.

Caregiver Support Group:
Supporting the Supporters
For adults caring for a loved one
Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be exhausting, isolating, and difficult to navigate. Caregivers often spend so much time focusing on someone else’s needs that their own needs can take a back seat.
Facilitated by one of our psychologists, this group offers caregivers a supportive space to connect with others who understand the experience of caregiving. It’s an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, learn from one another, and explore ways to care for yourself while caring for someone else.
Whether you’re new to caregiving or have been doing it for years, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
Coming early 2027.
Our caregiver groups are offered in cohorts that typically meet twice a month over several months. Specific dates and meeting details will be announced as the next group takes shape.
Free and open to all.
Interested in joining? Reach out to express your interest or ask questions, and we’ll keep you updated as details become available.
Senior Support Group:
Healthy Aging
For adults 65+
Healthy Aging is a supportive space for adults navigating the transitions that can come with later life. Changes in health, relationships, family roles, work, loss, and other life transitions can bring uncertainty as well as opportunities for growth and connection.
Facilitated by one of our psychologists, this group provides a welcoming, listening-focused environment where you can share experiences, connect with others, and explore the challenges and opportunities that come with this stage of life.
You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone. Come to listen, share, ask questions, or simply spend time in community with others who may be experiencing similar changes.
Fall Cohort: Our fall group is currently full, but we look forward to welcoming new participants in our Spring cohort.
We meet on Zoom the first and third Friday of the month, 10–11 a.m.
Free and open to the community.
Interested in joining the Spring cohort? Reach out to express your interest or ask any questions, and we’ll keep you updated as registration opens.
