Be Part of Something Bigger in Healthcare

We’re on a mission to build a healthier community of patients, doctors, and healthcare workers. We’re healthier when we’re slowing down, paying attention, and working together to find solutions.

Since 2023, East Bay Health has been helping everyone in our community.

We believe in health equity and treating all patients equally with dignity in healthcare. No matter who you are, we offer the same accessibility and high quality of care and we’re passionate about bringing preventative care to underserved communities.

Patient Lives

Patients experience relief, diagnosis, and treatment plans that actually work for their lives, preferences and needs.

Community Impact

Unemployed or uninsured neighbors don’t have to delay care and benefit from our concierge care, free screenings, and more.

Medical Team

We believe in taking great care of our doctors, nurses and staff so that they can take great care of our patients.

Your helping hands change lives

Our programs are supported by volunteers who give their time, talent and resources to serve our community. We couldn’t do it without them.

 FAQ

  • Every donation directly supports free and low-cost care for uninsured and under-insured patients in our community. Your gift funds screenings, mental health support, lactation counseling, postpartum groups, and essential primary care services. We steward donations with transparency and intention. Your contribution helps families stay healthy and connected.

  • With our nonprofit model, each physician is able to care for up to 600 patients: 200 paying members and up to 400 qualified community members who receive care at no cost. This blended structure allows us to provide high-quality, relationship-centered healthcare to people across the socioeconomic spectrum, from those who are uninsured to those who are insured but seeking more from their primary care provider. By design, our capacity stays intentionally small so we can offer longer visits, thoughtful coordination, and continuity of care for every patient we serve.

  • Absolutely. Sharing our mission with others, joining an educational event, following us on social media, or inviting someone to a support group are all meaningful ways to contribute. Community health grows through many small actions and each one helps strengthen the movement.
